Mastic tree fruit oil contains over 47% Omega-9 fatty acids. An important part of these acids is oleic acid, which has a role in reducing levels of bad cholisterol. Protects against cardiovascular diseases and promotes the synthesis of antioxidants. The content of omega-6 fatty acids in Mastic oil is over 23%. This content includes linoleic acid, which has an important role in metabolic processes and is a structural component of cells. Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day with water or food.
