3. Terms of Use
3.1. These terms are mandatory for all customers.
3.2. Any use of the platform implies that you have read and agreed to them unconditionally. ✅

4. Sales Policies
4.1. Orders can be placed online or by phone.
4.2. Important: A registered order notification does not constitute automatic confirmation of fulfillment.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right not to deliver some or all goods if they are out of stock, committing to refund any prepaid amounts. 💰

5. Order and Withdrawal
5.1. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it automatically until the order is completed.
5.2. 📅 Return Period: The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt.
5.3. Products must be returned to: Cyprus, 1070 Nicosia, Naxou 12 a-b.

5.5. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6. Non-returnable Items ⚠️

• Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Items past the 14-day return period.

7.2. Data is used only for order processing, invoicing, and (with consent) email notifications.

8. Payment
• 💶 Cash on Delivery (cash upon delivery) – in Euro only.
• 💳 Bank Card (via virtual POS terminal).
• 🏦 Bank Transfer (order is processed after the amount is received).

9. Delivery 🌍
9.1. Delivery is carried out by courier within Republic of Cyprus, EU, and third countries.
9.2. Delivery price is calculated automatically before completing the order.
9.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
