How to use Horsetail field stalk

Infusion - 2 tsp. herb is brewed with 1/2 liter of boiling water. Drink in sips for 2 days.

Externally: for gargling, compresses and rinses in the form of an extract of 1 tbsp. herb soaked for 30 minutes in 250 ml of warm water.

Contraindications

It should not be used for kidney inflammation, especially in the acute stages!
