How to use oregano stalk
Tea: 1 teaspoon of herb is boiled with 500 ml of water for 5 minutes. Drink warm 3 times a day for 150 ml.
* Externally: boil 100 g of herb with 2 liters of water for 10 minutes. Strain and add to bathing water.
Unwanted reactions
ATTENTION!
Drinking too much oregano tea can reduce sexual activity in men. The herb is contraindicated in pregnant women.
