Application and useful properties:

Senna is an herb that is known for its laxative properties and is used for constipation.

The herb can also be used as a means to remove toxins from the body and to stimulate the burning of extra pounds. Senna has a laxative effect, which enhances the process of removing waste products from our body.

Application of Senna

Gives a late effect (8-10 hours after taking the herb). The action is mild, painless and not followed by constipation. This allows it to be used for constipation in severely ill patients, liver patients and hemorrhoids. With prolonged use, the laxative effect weakens. It is also used as a diuretic.

How to use Senna leaf

Decoction: 1 tablespoon of the herb is boiled for 5 minutes with 250 ml of water. The entire amount is drunk at once, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

there is nothing better than our health, which we can support with a herbs.. and herbs has a strong power to us, so we need every day herbs, preparing like tea, tinctures and tablets.. our organism need pure food and for that God give us alot of options.
