Elderberry flower is also used as a gargle and mouthwash for coughs, colds, hoarseness (laryngitis), flu and shortness of breath. It is used on the skin for joint pain (rheumatism) and pain and swelling (inflammation).
Application
For colds, sore throats, bronchitis, coughs, colds.
For the treatment of inflammation of the urinary tract, impotence, gout.
For baths for skin rashes, hemorrhoids, rheumatism.
For inhalation in hoarse voice and inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.
How to use:
2 tsp herb is poured 250 ml of boiling water and left covered for 20 minutes. Drink 3 times a day. It can be sweetened with honey.
