Fennel can help lower blood sugar levels and blood pressure.
Usage:
Infusion: 1 tsp. slightly crushed seeds are poured with 500 ml of hot water and left to stand for 2-3 hours. Drink one cup of coffee before meals 3 times a day.

Contraindications
Do not use in case of acute inflammation of the stomach and intestines!
