 What is black elderberry?

Black Elderberry is a shrub or tree with spreading branches and a white shingled heart. The leaves are non-fused with 2-3 pairs of leaflets, 20 cm long. The individual leaves are ovate or oblong, pointed, apex complex shield-like inflorescences. They have a 5-toothed Cup, yellowish-white Corolla, which is composed of 5 fused at its base, widely blunted Corolla leaflets. Stamens are 5, with large yellow anthers.

For medicinal purposes, the fruits and flowers of the black elderberry are used!

What is the healing effect of black elderberry?

The flowers act anti-inflammatory, potogonal, secretological and expectorant.

Fruits act slightly laxative.

What does Black Elderberry do?

- in inflammation of the respiratory tract, colds, bronchitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis cough;

- in gastrointestinal and liver diseases; - in inflammation of the kidneys and bladder;

- rheumatism, gout, etc.

- Folk medicine prescribes elderberry and with blood pressure, shortness of breath, difficult despondency and bloodsucking;

- fruits – as a strengthening agent and in neuralgia.

Method of use:

For dilution in a ratio of 1: 8 (syrup : drinking /or spring/ water). For general strengthening of the body and to strengthen the immune system, consume 100-200ml from the diluted drink every day! At the specified ratio, dilution produces a ready-made drink of 2.56 liters.
