Aroma: The aroma is powerful, intensive and complex, with very good finesse and harmony, with wonderful combination of fragrances of black berries, noble tree, smoke, vanilla and chocolate. Taste: The taste is mild and harmonious, at the same time powerful, with a very good volume and length. It leaves lasting sensation of ripe fruit, spicy tannins and black chocolate. The long aftertaste completes the wonderful impression of this excellent wine. Serving temperature: 16‐18° С Alcohol: 14,5 % Food pairings: roasted meat, with porcini, duck with peaches, after dinner with yellow cheese as Cantal or Parmesan.
