Echinacea is one of the best-selling medicinal plants. At variable times, when colds multiply, it may be one of the first to choose because of its effectiveness against colds, flu and flu-like conditions, regardless of the season, as it boosts immunity.

Echinacoside has been shown to be effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Corynebacterium diphtheria and Proteus vulgaris.

How to use:

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule three times daily with water before meals.
