Cold-pressed walnut oil has a specific taste, color and aroma. Obtained by pressing walnuts and subsequent fine filtration.

Walnut oil is rich in essential fatty acids, which play an important role in metabolism and cannot be synthesized into the body but imported through food.

Purpose:

Walnut oil is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids. It has a high content of useful polyunsaturated fats that protect the heart and reduce harmful (LDL) cholesterol.

Walnut oil contains significant amounts of potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, iodine, zinc, as well as vitamins A and E.
