How to use

One filter bag is boiled with 100 ml of boiling water for 15 minutes until cool. Drink 100 ml three times daily before meals for 5 days. Then the dose is doubled: 2 filters are boiled in 200 ml of water and the tea is drunk three times a day before meals. Thus, the tea is taken for about 30 - 35 days.
