How to use - Herbal Senna Tea Bioherba:
One to three filter sachets are boiled for 5 minutes with 200 ml of water or brewed for 7-10 minutes. The tea is drunk pleasantly warm or at room temperature, recommended, in the evening, before bedtime. The laxative effect occurs in the morning.
