Valerana is used for nervous excitement, tension, overwork and insomnia. Helps digestion, reduces headaches and regulates heart rhythm in stressful situations. The herb helps to improve sleep.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with water before sleeping.
Maximum daily dose of 1 capsule:
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) - 480 mg, of which valerenic acid-0.48 mg, Melatonin-1 mg.

Gelatin (capsule).
Food supplement:
