Mallow has anti-inflammatory, emollient, laxative, lactogenic, appetite stimulating, expectorant, antitussive action. It is used for angina, tracheobronchitis, cough, inflammation of the stomach, intestines, liver, urinary tract, loss of appetite, to stimulate the secretion of milk in nursing mothers. Externally for gargling with hoarseness, inflammation of the oral mucosa, skin diseases (boils, boils), burns, hemorrhoids.

Mallow can help with all diseases affecting the digestive and respiratory systems, but also in inflammation of the bladder (cystitis), as well as for external use as a sedative for conjunctivitis and reddened skin and to remove acne and skin impurities.

In particular, these are the diseases / problems in which mallow (taken as herbal tea or used in other forms) can be beneficial:
