Senna enhances peristalsis and has a cleansing effect on the gastrointestinal tract. It can be used as an aid in the fight against extra pounds by boosting metabolism. The action of the herb in constipation is mild and occurs up to 10 - 12 hours after reception. This allows it to be applied to liver patients and hemorrhoids. The laxative effect weakens with long-term use, for this reason it is good to take the supplement at intervals associated with rest from a week to two or to take only if necessary.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 3 capsules per day with water.
