The Fennel plant contains a lot of dietary fiber, which acts cleansing the body and helps to remove unnecessary pounds. It also has a disinfecting antispasmodic property and relieves bronchitis and cough. Fennel  has a very rich composition such as glycosides, ascorbic acid, carotene, minerals, B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, antioxidant ingredients – quercetin, rutin, flavonoids and other substances. For this reason, it restores the heart and blood vessels, is useful for preventing the development of malignant formations, as well as strengthening the immune system.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with water, 3 times a day.
