Eyebright has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties due to the rich content of biologically active substances such as quartzetin, coumarinic acid, apigenin, etc. Eyebright is used for hay fever, conjunctivitis, barley, inflammation of the tear duct, cataracts and tired eyes.
