BCAA is the common name for three essential branched-chain amino acids. These amino acids are involved in protein synthesis in the body and help build lean muscle mass. Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.

Maximum daily dose:

L-isoleucine-40 mg, L – leucine-120 mg, L-valine-60 mg, Vitamin B6-4 mg.
