Triphala is a combination of 3 fruits – Amalaki, Bibitaki and Haritaki. This combination improves the function of the stomach and intestines by stimulating digestion. Tones, cleanses and detoxifies, protects against constipation. Triphala soothes the walls of the intestine, swelling of the abdomen and belching. The ingredients have a strong antioxidant effect.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day.

Maximum daily dose:

Triphala-fruits of Amalaki, Bibitaki and Haritaki (Emblica officinalis, Terminalia bellirica, Terminalia chebula) – 2100 mg
