Coenzyme Q10 is also known as ubiquinol 10. It is naturally contained in cells and is involved in basic cellular functions, as well as in the Prevention of various diseases. Coenzyme Q10 promotes the formation of the substance adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which supplies all cells with energy. Coenzyme helps strengthen the immune system, protects cells from damage and slows aging, tones the body. The intake of additional amounts of coenzyme Q10 is necessary, as with age its synthesis in the body decreases by 72 %.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule a day with water during meals.

Maximum daily dose of 1 capsule:

Coenzyme Q10-120 mg, zinc (zinc citrate) – 10 mg.

Other ingredients:

Filler: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule).

Food supplement:
