Asplenium can be used for fright, fear neurosis, nervous tension, stuttering and stress-induced headaches. It soothes and contributes to better quality sleep. The herb has an expectorant effect, is useful for sore throat and cough, infection of the lungs and kidneys, uterine inflammations.
Method of use:
Preparation of the infusion: pour 1 tea spoon of the herb with 250 ml of boiling water and cover for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 50 ml 4 times a day before meals.
