Action of ingredients:

• Theanine: Affects brain activity and nervous system. Strengthens memory, reduces anxiety and stress. Theanine plays an important role in the release or reduction of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with water before sleeping.

Theanine - 100 mg, Melatonin – 1 mg.

Other ingredients:
