Plantain

Plantain has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action. Plantain normalizes blood pressure levels, supports the stomach and intestines, helps the body fight fungal diseases and more.

Water pepper

Rosemary

Ingredients:

Herbal mixture №13 contains 200 g of dried herbs in the ratio:
- Plantain (Plantago major): 20%
- Water pepper (Polygonum hydropiper): 20%
- Rosemary ( Rosmarinus officinalis): 20%
- Verbena (Verbena officinalis): 10%
- Knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare): 10%
- Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca): 10%
- Eyebright (Euphrasiae officinalis): 5%
- Sweet woodruff (Asperula odorata): 5%

Method of preparation:

2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture are boiled in 500 g of boiling water and soaked for 2 hours. Strain. Drink 120 g 4 times a day before meals.
