Ingredients: cut leaves of stevia (Folia Stevia Rebaudiana).
Preparation method:
For cold extraction:
1 h.L. fill with 500 ml. cold water. Soak for 8 hours. Strain and drink in SIPs within a day.
For infusion:
1 h.L. fill with 500 ml. hot water. Leave to soak for 30 minutes. Strain and drink within a day.
General use:
You can add to coffee, tea, smoothies, etc. as a sweetening ingredient.
