Einkorn contain almost all the necessary substances that the human body needs to be healthy. Compared to ordinary "modern" wheat grown today, spelled contains more protein, minerals and vitamins of group B, and is also often easier to digest than them. The fibers in the einkorn are of excellent tolerance.
