Excipients: filler - microcrystalline cellulose, sweetener - sorbitol and aspartame (source of phenylalanine), anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
How to use:
1 tablet is placed under the tongue - 30 minutes before bedtime.
The beneficial effect of the product is at a daily intake of at least 1 mg. melatonin taken shortly before bedtime. Placing under the tongue allows faster absorption of the product.
The product can be taken by diabetics!
