Cascara Sagrada is a shrub or small tree found almost all over the world. It is used primarily as a laxative in acute or chronic constipation. The action of buckthorn occurs 8-10 hours after taking the capsules, therefore it is recommended to take it immediately before going to bed. It stimulates peristalsis and contractions of the colon, responsible for the movement of food through the digestive system, while strengthening the muscles of the stomach tract. Promotes normal bowel movements and contributes to the removal of intestinal toxins and rotting mass from the rectum. Unlike other laxatives, the herb is considered a relatively safe ingredient against constipation because no habituation is observed. It also promotes the cleansing of the intestines even in cases of inflammation of the mucous membrane, helping to improve its condition. Very suitable for people with the above-mentioned problem or those who lead a sedentary lifestyle and suffer its consequences. It is recommended not to be taken together, before or after medicines for the same purpose.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily with a glass of water on an empty stomach.
