PRODUCT INFORMATION
Fenugreek is used to normalize blood pressure and with high cholisterol. The benefits of this plant are numerous. It is used for cough, stomach ailments, constipation. In women, it relieves the symptoms of menopause and the pain of the monthly cycle.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules a day with water or food.
Maximum daily dose:
Fenugreek, seed extract 1220mg
