Potassium supports water balance in the body, acid levels and the transport of nutrients through cell membranes. In order for the kidneys to function properly, the thyroid and adrenal glands need potassium.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2 times a day with water.
Maximum daily dose of 4 capsules:
Potassium citrate - 1040 mg.
Ingredients in 1 capsule:
Potassium citrate - 260 mg.
Other ingredients:
Gelatin.
