PRODUCT INFORMATION

Chicory contains inulin, fructose, intibin, organic acids, carotenes, minerals and vitamins B1, B2, PP, C. The roots of the plant are used. Chicory can be used by people who for health reasons can not drink regular coffee or want a healthier option. Inulin in chicory improves bowel health, relieves acid reflux and stimulates digestion. Chicory reduces cholesterol levels and thus fights atherosclerosis and high blood pressure. The content of inulin and oligofructose regulate the levels of the amino acid grylin, which is associated with the feeling of hunger. For this reason, chicory contributes to the fight against excess kilograms. The Jerusalem artichoke is rich in fiber, protein and inulin. It benefits the digestive system and helps weight loss. Jerusalem artichoke strengthens immunity, cleanses the body of toxins and heavy metals.

Ground chicory roots-80%, dried and ground Jerusalem artichoke tubers-20%.

Method of use:

1-2 teaspoons of chicory with a Jerusalem artichoke are poured with 150-200 ml of boiling water or prepared on a jezve as usual coffee. It can be sweetened with natural sweeteners such as stevia, erythritol, maple syrup, etc. The water can be replaced with fresh or vegan nut milk.
