PRODUCT INFORMATION
Carob is an evergreen tree that grows in the Mediterranean region. For the production of flour, the pods of the plant are used, which have rich nutritional value and natural sweetness. Carob contains 3 times more calcium than cocoa and only 60% of its calories. It is rich in vitamin A, B1 and B2, magnesium, potassium and trace elements iron, copper, nickel, chromium and manganese. It is known that carob can be used to relieve stomach ailments such as vomiting, nausea and distress.
