PRODUCT INFORMATION
Nettle is a famous herb with unique health benefits. All parts of the plant are used. The seeds also have a beneficial effect. Nettle has a rich composition including, iron, ascorbic acid, B vitamins, calcium, potassium, silicon, magnesium, flavonoids, linolenic acid, etc.
Main benefits:
Bloodsucking agent: Nettle is extremely rich in iron, which explains the bloodsucking effect. It can be used for heavy menstruation, hemorrhoids, nosebleeds, prevention and treatment of intestinal bleeding.
Male reproductive system: Improve potency in men, prevent prostate enlargement.
Diuretic effect: Nettle can be used in edema, gout, heart failure with edema.
Blood sugar: It is used as a remedy against diabetes as it lowers blood sugar levels. This is due to the presence of secretin, which stimulates the pancreas.

Contraindications:
Due to the ability of nettle to increase blood coagulability, it should not be used in thrombophlebitis, atherosclerosis, hypertension. It is contraindicated to use nettle in bleeding caused by tumors of the uterus (cysts, polyps) and in the last months of pregnancy.
Method of use:
2 teaspoons of nettle seeds soak in 500 hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 150 ml 3 times a day before meals.
