PRODUCT INFORMATION
Thyme is used for dry cough, acute catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, bronchitis, whooping cough, asthma.
In chronic gastritis, ulcers, flatulence. It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, cleansing, antispasmodic, analgesic effects.
With nervous excitement, insomnia, headache, anemia.
In inflammation of the oral mucosa or skin.
How to use Thyme
Prepare a decoction of 2 tbsp. thyme herb and 500 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Take 150 ml 3 times a day, 20 minutes before meals. It can be sweetened.
For external use (baths, gargle) use a decoction of 100 g of dry herb and 2 liters of boiling water, which is filtered after cooling.
Composition
Thyme stalk, cut into pieces (Thymus serpyllum).
