PRODUCT INFORMATION

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) contains an essential oil rich in thymol, which supports the function of ciliated cells in the bronchi and has a beneficial effect on the bronchial mucosa. Studies have shown that the components of volatile thyme oil have shown activity against various bacteria and fungi. Thymol, named after the plant itself, is the most important component of thyme, and its beneficial effects on humans are well documented. Thymol helps to increase the percentage of useful fats in cell membranes and other cell structures. In particular, the amount of docosahexaenoic acid (omega-3 fatty acid) in the cell membranes of brain, kidney and heart cells increases after the addition of thyme.

Thyme also contains a variety of flavonoids, including apigenin, naringenin, luteolin and thymonin. These flavonoids help to increase the antioxidant capacity of the plant, to which the trace element manganese contained in it also contributes.

Purpose:

The food supplement is used as an adjunct to the diet, which:

How to use:

Take one or two capsules three times daily with meals.
