Flaxseed oil has a specific smell, taste and aroma. It is obtained by cold pressing and then fine filtration, thus preserving its valuable qualities. The oil is rich in essential fatty acids – omega 3 (58%) and omega 6 (14%). Contains a large amount of vitamin F, A and E. Flaxseed oil helps reduce cholesterol, supports liver function and the elimination of toxins from the body.
