Flaxseed oil has a specific smell, taste and aroma. It is obtained by cold pressing and then fine filtration, thus preserving its valuable qualities. The oil is rich in essential fatty acids – omega 3 (58%) and omega 6 (14%). Contains a large amount of vitamin F, A and E. Flaxseed oil helps reduce cholesterol, supports liver function and the elimination of toxins from the body. It works favorably in ulcer, gastritis, colitis and constipation. It can be used as a prevention against cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attack, atherosclerosis, and coronary heart disease.
