How to use white birch bark
2tbsp bark is brewed with 500 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. The amount is drunk for 1 day. A decoction can also be made. Before drinking, the decoction or infusion should be slightly alkalized by adding a little baking soda, as they are very acidic.
Method of preparation:
2 teaspoons of the herb are boiled for 5 minutes in 500 ml. water. Strain and drink in 3 equal portions the day before meals.

The herb is not recommended for the elderly and in acute inflammation of the urinary tract.
