Tea from the leaves of white birch is traditionally used for edema of cardiac and renal origin, kidney and bladder stones, lack of appetite, disturbances in the metabolic processes of the body, gout, rheumatism, eczema and others.

Method of use:

1 tablespoon from the herb soak in 500 ml of hot water, brewed for 20 minutes. The amount is divided into 3 equal parts and drunk the day before the meal.
