Method of use:
To 500 g bread flour add 1 teaspoon of yeast. Add the remaining dry ingredients and finally the specified amount of liquid from the recipe. Yeast can also be used in a bread machine.

Yeast, moisture-retaining agent: Sorbitan monostearate.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, without direct sunlight.
